Keep your hair + skin hydrated this winter!

Is your hair feeling dry or staticky? Is it looking dull?

Oh it’s not? Ok never mind Miss perfect hair!

For most of us, this time of year the air is dry and cold which means our skin and hair feel dry and our hair gets staticky which means our hair is looking for moisture! She’s thirsty😋!

Here’s some of my favorite products I use on my skin and hair to keep it moisturized this season:

I’m a little obsessed with skincare and these are my MUST haves!

For my face wash, I use Mario Badescu Enzyme Cleansing Gel. Then I use pure Hyaluronic Acid which retains moisture in the skin. After that I put a thin layer of Clinique Moisture Surge Hydrating Supercharged concentrate which is a water gel that adds an intense moisture boost to the skin, this isn’t a moisturizer though so I put my Clinique Moisture Surge intense skin hydrator on top which in my opinion is the absolute best moisturizer. This routine makes my skin feel so soft and keeps it hydrated!

On my body, I use Dove Deep Moisture body wash in the shower. When I get out of the shower I use Slow it body lotion on areas that I get hair removed to slow the growth and keep it moisturized and smooth. I also use Organix Coconut Miracle Oil lotion all over.

If you can’t tell, I have a serious routine and I don’t play with my skincare lo😂l! It takes me soooo long to shower and get ready. It's kind of annoying😒. I still do it though and my skin is soft and hydrated so it’s all good!

Now for my hair, I use the Lanza Healing Moisture shampoo and conditioner line when my hair is feeling dull and dry in the colder months. They have 4 pieces in their Healing Moisture line which are the Shampoo that contains Tamanu Cream. The conditioner has Kukui Nut. A leave-in conditioning spray with Noni-Fruit. The best for last is the Moi Moi hair masque which is ahhhmazing! Benefits to using the Healing moisture line are their unique technology called Moisture Retain Complex that contains Polynesian Botanicals, rich in essential fatty acids, lipids, emollients, and humectants. These are lightweight moisturizers that leave hair smooth, silky, and manageable.

That was my “Ted Talk” for dry hair and skin. Thank you for reading hehe 😂.

What are some of your favorite products in the winter months?

I went to Key West 🌊 last week and it was such a tease for summer🌅, the weather was so warm, humid, and sunny, which is my FAVORITE! I can’t wait for summer! How about you? What’s your favorite season?
